How We Work With You!:

We offer an exercise alternative for busy individuals, couples and small groups that maximises kilojoule expenditure within a structured series of 45-60 minute exercise sessions which can include any of the following:

  • Boxing
  • Circuit training
  • Resistance training
  • One-on-one personal training or small groups
  • Interval training
  • Corporate exercise and team building for staff
  • Low intensity training for those at risk of, or managing chronic health conditions
Our approach is that exercise should be fun, using everyday movements, while focusing on getting quantifiable results. Forget spending hours on a treadmill. We’ll diversify your exercise routine to make every session fresh and interesting.

You'll have a personalised, structured session tailored to your goals. We’ll ensure that you do the exercises correctly, with correct speed and range of motion. And we’ll monitor your tempo and intensity to maximise your results within the session. This not only saves you time but g>ensures a balanced, full body workout.
